Face Masks for Inner City Workers & Clients

People who work in Edmonton's Inner city and their clients need face masks.

The request has come to me from Dr. Connie Varnhaben President of AHAS (Alberta Helping Animals Society. These masks will go to many groups including but not limited to Boyle Street, The Mustard Seed etc. as well as volunteers and clients with AHAS.

There is a very simple pattern for an Adult Size Large mask at MASKS FOR INNER CITY.pdf

Masks can be delivered to Dr. Varnhagen's home - her address is in that file - just leave them on the porch. She is in Belgravia.
If the North side is more convenient, you can phone her and make arrangements to deliver them to the AHAS Veterinary Clinic. You will have to create a time as the clinic is not open full time right now. She will give you the address when you call.

The folks in the inner city are a very vulnerable population and the people who care for them are working very hard with the full knowledge that limiting Covid-19 in this population has great benefit for their clients and for all citizens of Edmonton.

We really are ALL in this together.

Clue #4 - Makes me crave Orange Juice!!

Time for Monday Link Up Clue #4 -- so much fun!

Love - love - love these orange string bricks!!  Made for a reasonably fast clue to finish.  And that pop of blue - I call it my "scream" fabric of which this might be the last!   Found it on a clearance table eons ago.
